The Research Tower
The Research Tower is where they research for Circus. They do various experiments and discoveries. They have many doctors and nurses working in the building.
The nurses actually have coded positions to make it look like they're working, when in reality, they like to chatter.
They are currently working on decoding Karoku's journal on Nai, and not much has been shown of them right now. Karoku regained his memories, however, and that might prove rather useful.
