This article may seem complete to the untrained eye, but the gaps in information are still large enough for this elite team of Panauan Ninjas to hide inside of. |

Nothing to Declare is a Roaches mission in Just Cause 2.
Introduction[]
Rico gets this mission from a phone booth on the far side of the Panau International Airport. Razak Razman, not surprisingly, believes that disloyalty is a disease for which death is the only cure. You need to "cure" someone who has betrayed the Roaches.
Walkthrough[]
When the mission starts, grab the contents of the weapons box and turn around - you also get a standard-issue Roaches Dalton N90 pickup. Hop in and head straight down the runway and just to the right of the target.
You don't get far before Razak warns you that the traitor has found himself a helicopter and is taking off. If the traitor makes it into Panau City, the mission will result in a failure.
There are multiple ways to stop him. In any case, this mission can be done in well under a minute if the player acts quickly enough.
Method 1 (grappler)[]
Quickly drive the Dalton N90 towards the point where he takes off from and get into the cars stunt position when you're near enough. Grapple onto the helicopter and hijack it after reaching a reasonable altitude. The traitor will fall out and die upon hitting the ground. An alternative way is to plant some triggered explosives on the helicopter and parachute to safety.
Method 2 (faster car)[]
Same as above, but get the Titus ZJ from the airport entrance and drive it to the mission start before the mission. This is a much faster vehicle, to use instead of the Dalton N90.
Method 3 (rocket launcher)[]
Instead of grappling to the helicopter, use a Multi-Lock Missile Launcher.
Method 4 (armed helicopter)[]
If you choose to chase him with an armed helicopter, the mission is much easier. There is a nearby UH-10 Chippewa that you can use to chase the traitor.
Method 5 (inside info)[]
Before starting the mission, place a triggered explosive on the center of each helipad and one at each light in the circle. Start the mission and detonate the explosives before the chopper takes off. This should kill him instantly.
Trivia[]
- This is the only mission where you will find a red-marked faction member. Every faction member is marked green, which means they won't attack you (either allied with you or neutral, like civilians).
- Uniquely, this is also the only mission that starts with "N".
- This mission can be done in a matter of seconds if acted quickly enough. This mission is also one of the missions that can promptly be finished from the start. Another mission such as this one is Paparazzi Pursuit.
- This mission is the only time the Roaches provide a Dalton N90 for Rico.
