  • FIELD TRIPS

    The Judicial Learning Center welcomes groups of all ages to visit, and tour the federal courthouse. See our Schedule a Tour page for more information. Field trips are free of charge, and transportation grants are available for school groups. Apply at the Transportation Grants page.

  • ONLINE LEARNING

    The Judicial Learning Center offers a rich collection of web and print resources for students, teachers, and anyone interested in learning more about the federal courts. Visit the online Student Center to participate in our interactive learning series. Teachers can find supporting materials in the Educator Center.

  • SPIRIT OF JUSTICE AWARD

    The Judicial Learning Center is a proud recipient of a 2012 Spirit of Justice Award. Recipients can be lawyers, non-lawyers and/or organizations who have "demonstrated accomplishment, leadership, and integrity in fostering and maintaining the rule of law and in facilitating and promoting improvement of the administration of justice." The Spirit of Justice Awards are determined each year from nominations received by the St. Louis Bar Foundation and are then chosen by the SOJ Awards Committee.

  • 2014 LAW DAY AWARD

    We are pleased to announce that the American Bar Association has selected the Eagleton Courthouse and Judicial Learning Center as a 2014 award winner! Our Law Day activities included extensive school outreach, a traveling exhibition, a courthouse field trip for students, and a public lecture featuring several historical figures. NEW EXHIBIT!

The Judicial Learning Center is pleased to host an exhibit about Tinker v. Des Moines featuring the black armband worn by Mary Beth Tinker in 1965. See it in person or online.

The Judicial Learning Center is an independent Missouri not-for-profit corporation founded by leaders of the legal community.

The mission of The Judicial Learning Center is to promote public understanding of the function and value of the judicial branch of government, especially at the federal level. The Judicial Learning Center is both a physical space and a not-for-profit corporation.
