Creative take on Breakout! There were times it felt like there was no way to avoid losing health since the zombies were in the way of the ball. Maybe if there was some way to steer the ball it would make it a little more easy to win

Cool concept!!

The mix could be fun but something block the enjoying in my case. The bar don't have really importance about the position of the hit like if I hit with the edge the bar, the orientation throw is the same than if a touch near the middle of the bar. We lack control on this ball, that was shame!

Thankyou for feedback

I wasn't happy with the way the paddle worked. I spent about four hours trying to get the mechanics to work. I tried to add some direction if you hit it while moving. I tried changing the collision mesh, but the results were too inconsistent. Just get the game to an acceptable state to submit. I rolled both ideas back to the simple version that is in the game at the moment.

Thank you for the feedback; it confirms what I need to fix after the voting period.

Very unique mix of game genres! I think the one thing you should watch out for though is having a limit on the enemy spawning, because while the enemies spawning more as more time passes is obviously natural, if you don't cap it at a reasonable point then at a certain point in the game it just becomes unplayable and you're unfairly forced to lose because you'll be getting overwhelmed by mobs

Your observations are correct. The original idea was to have an explosion take one life, and touching zombies be instant death. But it was near impossible, and with limited development time, I opted for quick fixes. The first was to have health hit points starting at 90. The second which worked less well was to slowly increase the number of zombies based on the number of walls left, but I didn't have time to balance it, and at the moment, you do get overwhelmed.

Thank you for your feedback.

Nice idea. I feel like having a way to speed up the ball might be nice. I like the tower defence/block breaker combo.

Thank you for your feedback.

In my idea phase, I thought about having powerups that drop that could give you a shield, short multi-ball or speedup. Unfortunately, I had a few issues with getting the ball physics to work correctly; spent a lot of time just getting the game to an acceptable playable condition.

I big mistake. I forgot to check the actual winning theme; on Friday, it was looking like "The Last Wall" was going to be the theme, and I forgot to check before I started it on Sunday.

I could say that I have removed a limit that being the actual theme, anyway hope you get some enjoyment.

Positive feedback is always Welcome
