Now that the Batty Zabella 2 demo has been released, I put together a video showcasing some of the techniques/software I used to achieve the backdrops seen in game, since a few folks were curious.

This video isn't meant as a complete tutorial, but I do go into some depth about about my process and even showcase some early work as examples for how the project has progressed. Timestamps are in the video description on Youtube.

Superb work! I was wondering if there was going to be a restock of the "complete" physical edition of the first game :)

I wasn't aware they were totally sold out on the Retro Room website. I'll get in touch with them about it. Thanks!

There will be a restock! Not sure when exactly, but they are just waiting on more carts.

Hey, update, I just ordered complete box of the game :) Can't wait for it to arrive, I was scouting the site all this time but it was always available cartridge only

Sorry that it took so long, and thanks for your patience and dedication!

There are still things happening behind the scenes for the series, like plans to finally get the physical version of Batty Zabella 2 released this year. It means a lot to still have fans supporting the series, even when there's not much news. Usually when there isn't news, it means something is being worked on, though.
