I enjoyed this. I like that it's silly and precision isn't required for it. I would like some better feedback for when I get a kill or take damage. The boosting and ramming mechanic should be better explained.

Played this on stream. Had a lot of fun!

Hey La_Fafafa, thanks for trying it out, was fun to play with you. Next DD I will have more game modes to try (racing, team-battle and even coop hopefully) which will be a lot more fun to play I think then just straight battling.

It was fun to try on multiplayer,
I think it lacks a bit of fx or sfx to tell the player "you're taking damages!!", i had some trouble telling i was getting destroyed

Thanks for playing, was fun testing multiplayer with you guys. Yes, I will definitely prioritize adding better audio/visual feedback for damage take/given, kills/deaths.

astonishing quality.
two nitpicks:
i want sound effects on killing and getting killed

and i want some smaller, more focused maps

Thanks Federx for the review. Was fun playing against you on Osur's stream.

Yes kill and death feedback need to be added. My goal is to have a few different maps + gameplay types for next DD, including racing + coop (PvE)

I remember this one on /agdg/ and loved the look of it. hope you plan to add some sort of car interior at some point, and i also think the pickups should use a little bit of short distance magnetism, especially when going fast, I keep barely missing them

fun game though, and has a ton of potential!

Thanks dude, yeah cars will have full interiors + drivers eventually. I have added your feedback about pickups to the task board:
