How does your game fit the theme?
This game aligns with the "Built to Scale" theme by allowing players to adjust the camera's scale to examine image details and solve puzzles. As the scale increases, it's not just the image that enlarges; the level of detail also changes accordingly. This mechanic adds an engaging layer of puzzle-solving to the gameplay.

clever stylization + art style! the black and white palette looks great and the suspect's descriptions were well written.
Thank you for playing and enjoying the game! :D
I love this kind of detective games! :) Presentation is super clean, congrats on making this in so little time, great job! :)
Thank you! It was quite challenging! :)
Great game!
Loved the atmosphere, the clues were perfect, gave enough to work with without making it too easy, just the right amount of information, also the fact that there were more than one obvious options for the answer made me think and try to actually solve the clues, very fun and rewarding to get them all right.
Really good job! :)
Thank you! It might have been a bit confusing, so I really appreciate you taking the time to play it!
Ahh, I love those mysterious, simple games that make you want to play and explore. The game is very intuitive and really good :) I enjoyed it a lot.
Thank you so much for enjoying it! :D
Super sleek game. The visuals and ambient SFX build an awesome atmosphere, and there was some great gameplay here about trying to remember what I’d seen before. The opening and closing windows helped a lot with that. The story was minimal, but it got me wondering about what these people are suspected of, or where this pandemic came from. I’m a sucker for detective and mystery games, so I knew I had to play this when I saw it, and it didn’t disappoint! Such a unique and mysterious little game.
I loved the detective gameplay, although I had to guess a bit at the end - there seemed to be two men in black who could be person B. (Also, how does person A smell like smoke if the smoker is in another building?) As much as I enjoyed the minimalist story, I also would’ve really liked a little bit more of a mystery to solve.
This is a great little experience and had a really unique vibe. The mysterious and quiet atmosphere was the standout to me. Nice work!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game :)
Regarding the gameplay, if you focus on the fact that "the women around the man" are making noise, you’ll realize it’s the man on the left. I agree, it could have been made clearer. and.. As for A, the woman in the left window has an ashtray and a cigarette by her window. But I can see how the quiz and images might have been confusing, especially since they were made in a rush.
After the jam, I’m seriously considering developing the game further. Of course, as a solo developer, it might take some time, but I’m really happy that people seemed to enjoy it during the jam! Thanks again!
Ah, okay. I must have seen other women in the building and gotten confused. And I totally missed the ashtray!
I’d love to play a full version, this is super fun!
Dang the visuals here are breath taking. Love this art style and the gameplay is straight forward and fun. Great game <3
Thank you for the kind words! :D
I knew instantly upon seeing the thumbnail description that this was going to be Rear Window themed, and I'm upset I didn't think of that first.
The black and white styling really works here, too.
Thank you! I brought back an idea I had a long time ago for this jam :D
I peeped and I liked it.
Thank you :)
Great concept. I think the time going by when you're fully zoomed out was a little confusing, I often accidentally did it before I was ready to move on, I still wanted to have a look. Perhaps a seperate button to make time go forward would be better for this. Overall though, it was a great entry :)
Thank you! Controlling time is a topic many people have given feedback on, and it's something I'm really thinking about. Using a button might feel a bit artificial, but it would certainly be more intuitive!
clever investigative puzzle with a great art style and an interface nicely integrated into the narrative. nice!
Thanks :D
Amazing game, loved the concept and the mechanics. It was really fun to track down the suspects. The art style is also superb, very charming. Would be nice to see this built out as a full game!
Thank you! :) I'm also leaning towards expanding the game into something bigger.
That's an interesting take on the theme, definitely a unique approach in the landscape. Love the minimalistic monochrome artstyle too
Thank you! I'm thinking about developing the game further
Love the Art style, I feel like i was in a comic book <3 The mechanic of zoom in and out for finding clues works well with the game.
This was one of our idea for the game jam but we scrapped it because we didn't know how to incorporate gamelpay with zooming into the environment that's the reason why I was so amazed with how you pulled it off! Congrats!!!
I actually thought of this idea a long time ago too, but I never imagined it would turn into a detective game. I was more focused on coming up with something simple using basic logic, and then the idea just popped out!
Great game ! I really like the concept and the mecanics, the art looks good too. Keep up the good work :)
Thank you for the kind words! :)
I quite like the idea! I found the controls to be a little finicky, unfortunately, and I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of randomizing which windows are open when you zoom out completely, though I'm not sure how to better solve it, maybe just a "wait" button? The mysteries themselves were nicely designed and fun to solve. Art style is also pretty neat. All in all, pretty fun little game, might be interesting to see if this can be extended.
Thanks for the feedback! You pointed out exactly the issues I've been thinking about. I didn’t want all the windows to be open at the same time, but I lacked the ideas to create a logic for time progression or selective window opening. (That's why I set it so that about 80% of the windows open when refreshed.) Lately, I've been wondering how it would be if the protagonist had the ability to control time, but that might lean too much into fantasy. After the jam, if I decide to expand on the idea, I'll definitely work on improving the camera controls and the window mechanics! :)
Super clever idea ! The minimalist style is great on the different character but perhaps more texture on the blank walls would have helped to navigate the camera better in the most zoomed setting. Loved it !
Thank you! I just played the game you both made and became a fan!
Such a unique take on the theme, really enjoyed the simple yet satisfying mechanic of the zoom.
Great one!
Thank you :D
Wooow, awesome take on the theme! The minimalistic art style is amazing! We loved this one and are putting it on our list of game jam gems!
I’m so grateful :)
I really really like the zoom mechanic and the aesthetic! So much fun and great visuals! Awesome job!
THANKS :D
