How does your game fit the theme?
The role of a pirate is a conflicted one. Your role is being continuously reversed from the code and the desire for booty. This is an explicit mechanic in the game

Fun comics and interesting idea, but the gameplay was confusing and hard to play at times. Good job!
Very funny comics and interesting mechanic.
And that's cosmic 'entities'...it was unexpectedly.
Good job!
Really funny idea and presentation, couldn't really get into the gameplay
This was surprisingly fun to play. The idea is great and the mecanics are well executed, well done.
This is such a hilarious game! The art is amazing too. Really well done, I enjoyed it very much!
#1 for creativity fr fr. cannon management was fun too
Wow thank you. So glad you enjoyed it :)
You’ve gotta get #1 for creativity lmao
Wow thank you!
im really confused as to what standing next to the cannons do but the lore is wacky and visually its fun. also please tell me you didnt name all those planets by hand...
Haha, yes, its a procedurally generated galaxy :)
This is such a wacky game. the dialogue is really fun and the story is super interesting. and its a really good use of the theme. my only complaint would be that the intro lacks a bit of sound. but thats just nitpicking.
great game. keep it up♥
Thanks! I totally agree with the sound thing. :)
Definitely the most unique game I've played so far!
Dialogue was great (had that Rick and Morty style at times too), and the gameplay was well implemented and on theme. Quick to understand yet tough to get good at, when I was playing well it was really satisfying. The art, though maybe it clashed with the funny beginning dialogue panels, was also amazing. Loved the sense of space.
I got maybe 10 planets through and then I lost three in a row so I didn't manage to finish it, though I think I'll return at some point.
(Unless I missed it) I wish there was an indicator that the role was about to be reversed as it was frustrating to be timing one plan and have it go haywire sometimes. I also found myself wanting some new development as the levels went on (though that may be what the dialogue is for, and I think I finished all of it on the first level because I was enjoying it that much!)
Hey thanks for the feedback. There is no indicator, I'll definitely add one. However, when the parrot moves from one end of the pole (thing) that's when it changes. But I am not expecting anyone to notice or use that.
Yeah, 48h was just not enough for the depth I wanted. There was also a concept of upgrades (a shop that 's not completed inside the ship)
Anyway, thanks again :)
Now we're making video games.
Hands off my Space Pirate Parrot Butler!
Interesting
The pirate moral dilemma is really a problem we need to solve before the space age
