Germany’s aggressive crackdown on pro-Palestine voices is targeting everyone, including members of the Jewish community who are speaking out against Israel’s atrocities in Gaza, according to a leading member of a Jewish advocacy group.
“Germany claims to side with Israel because they want to protect Jewish life. They claim it’s their moral duty … We as a Jewish organization are disturbed by this narrative and that’s why they are also trying to crack down on our group,” Iris Hefets, a board member of the Jewish Voice for Peace in Germany, told Anadolu.
Founded in 2007, the organization calls for “establishing a viable, sovereign Palestinian state on an integrated territory and within secure borders, and actively contributes to the realization of a lasting peace that is viable for both nations.”
Since Israel launched its war on Gaza last October, the group has vehemently opposed the deadly assault, which has killed more than 36,000 Palestinians and injured at least 80,200 more.
Israel is also facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on Gaza, where millions of Palestinians are displaced, facing famine and acute shortages of medical aid and other essentials.
Over the past months, the Jewish Voice for Peace has faced various forms of repression by the German government, including bank accounts being frozen, events canceled, and members being arrested.
“We established ourselves because we think, as Jews, we have a responsibility to say ‘not in our name’ because Israel claims to speak in our name,” said Hefets.
The German government’s repression has reached a “frightening” point, she said.
“There are hardly any Jews in Germany, so we’re talking about a very small fragile group that they are cracking down on to form the Jew they want, which is something Germany is very good at,” she said.
“This is something that is not new, so it’s back to the Nazi roots … This is so frightening.”
Conditions for Jews in Germany are such that “it is now allowed to say publicly that Jews are antisemites,” she explained.
“The police are allowed to beat Jews. Everything is perverse … It’s all perverse because you are beating Jews to protect Jewish life,” she added.
Hefets, however, said there are some signs of hope, particularly welcoming the International Criminal Court prosecutors to apply for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
“It’s a very positive sign for us all because Israel has been enjoying impunity until now, which is very problematic … I think it’s very important also for Israelis because it makes clear that they cannot just move on like it used to be,” she said.

I’ve stated more than once that tactics used by the IDF are Nazi tactics – The Nazis of the Middle East. A persecuted people persecuting Palestinians in such a vicious way.
Obviously, as many people have pointed out, the Zionist enclave must be erased to the ground by the grace of God and the Holy Spirit. Soon it will be done by its many enemies from all quarters.

Germany has not been in control of its own destiny since the end of WWII; it is an occupied country with a puppet government, and the Zionist Jew/U.S. empire has had its knee on Germany’s neck since 1945—it is merely a place on the map and a grotesque caricature of what it once was, an independent nation with its own unique culture! As a country, they have lost their way so completely, that they have provided Israel with six nuclear capable subs that are slinking through our oceans as I type carrying strategic nuclear weapons, ready to carry out the Samson option if so ordered—doesn’t that help you sleep better at night?

Critical assessment needed to understand not only suicidal German foreign policy, but French, Italian, and British one, and also every other NATO country in Europe since 1991. In fact America destroyed a rival EU economy while trying to hurt Russia’s economy when it blew up its North Stream lifeline. As the expression goes, double whammy. The greatest lies ever told all have to do with WWII and its aftermath, and the incredible damage on many levels caused by those lies is incalculable and can never be undone. And the greatest lie of them all is that six million of the chosen ones were exterminated by National Socialist Germany during the so-called holocaust—Germany is still being crucified in every way for a crime it never committed!!!
True what you said. The probable number of Jews that died in WWII was about 250,000 and they died of starvation, dehydration, and disease because Germany could no longer care for them.
According to the Red Cross: “Official International Red Cross records reveal the actual Concentration Camp death total during World War II toll was 271,301.” And they died for the very reasons you stated, starvation, dehydration, and disease (mostly typhus) when Germany was crippled and could no longer provide for the basic survival needs of the camp inmates, who, BTW, were not only Jews!
Another lie we were told was that the US won the WWII war when in fact Russia won WWII when they annihilated 3/4 of the German army. Of course recent lies about Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Viet Nam, and the list goes on. The problem, of course, is that the US is a vasal of the Jewish world Congress and weapon oligarchs determine wars and taxpayer spending.
Germany is indemnifying the Jews for their crime of holocaust committed on the Jews by helping the Jews to commit holocaust of the Palestinians.

You’re quite right, they referred to themselves as National Socialists!
Overall pre WWII Germans didn’t appear to be in favor of genocide like the Jewish people. I knew a former German WWII prison guard and his story to me was different from whatever the Jews say. Even general Patton said that we should have been fighting the Jews after he saw them in the aftermath of WWII. It was London Jewish banks in coordination with the Jewish world Congress that declared war on Germany in 1933 that started the war against Germany. The Jewish bankers hired mercenaries out of Poland to murder ethnic Germans and murdered an estimated 80,000 Germans prior to Germany attacking Poland. This sort of seems like what happened in Ukraine when John McCain and Lindsey Graham visited Ukraine in 2016 and promised US support for Ukraine if Ukraine would fight Russia. The US and UK are totally vasal states of the Jewish world Congress.
Broken socialism can probably be called tribalism …. Speaking of tribalism, I recently talked to a guy who identifies as a Baptist. I asked him if Baptists have the same problems as all humans. He became mute …. I then asked him if I had asked the wrong question …. He said, “You can ask anything you want.” I asked him again if Baptists have all the same problems as everyone …. Again, he became mute …. Concluding that his agenda was other than communication and knowing that I was beginning to appear as if hounding him, I desisted.
