The effective management of these relationships hinges on the leadership style that will be adopted to be able to inspire 57 employees, gain their loyalty, boost their confidence and trust. This will in turn make it easy to engage them to attain organizational success as a team. One is only able to achieve this when they understand what defines leadership; what makes a good leader and what employees look for in a leader; why leadership is important in an organization and the different leadership styles and models that an effective leader can use. Finally, an effective leader should know when to apply the right type of model to get 100% productivity from employees or teams. I will discuss all these themes in detail and close with an indication of the leadership model that I will adopt to suit my new role in the organization.
Overall, the report is prepared for the general use of investors and primarily details the corporate governance status and challenges of Pan African Resources Plc; the existing and projected capital investments; the sources of finance used for the financial year ended 30 June 2017; business performance with a bias towards investors’ ratios, commentary on the share performance in the stock exchange and recommendations based upon the findings of this report.
