The Strategic Programmes and Change team has a wide range of expertise across change management, project management, operational improvement, process mapping and data.

The team is organised around three main capability areas:

Strategic Portfolio

The Strategic Portfolio team is responsible for enabling a planning and prioritisation cycle and delivering a strategic roadmap, so that programmes and projects are aligned with strategic objectives and provide the intended benefits.

Strategic Service Design

The Strategic Service Design team is responsible for improving the quality and interaction between our students, academics, researchers, and professional service providers with a key focus on improving the end-user experience.

Strategic Change

The Strategic Change team focuses on the people and cultural aspects of change. The team is responsible for improving our organisational agility to adapt and respond to change - and for helping our staff successfully adopt change - as we support the progression of Imperial's ambitious new strategy.
