Sheldon is a serial entrepreneur. He started his first venture at the age of 16 and co-founded OnX Enterprise Solutions at the age of 21, which grew to become one of North America’s largest IT services companies with revenues of approximately $1 Billion. He went on to become Co-Founder and Chairman of OverActive Media Group, a global esports organization and the owner of The Toronto Defiant, Toronto Ultra, and The MAD Lions, which was ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the world’s most valuable esports organizations. He founded his own charity in 2012, AbilityGives.org, and remains an active investor in both private and public markets. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board at illumin, Sheldon also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.

Roger holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BComm from Queen’s University. He was previously a fund manager with Matrix Fund Management Inc. and was Vice Chairman of one of Canada’s largest independent investment dealers. He also served as the Managing Director and Deputy Manager of Research at CIBC World Markets. Alongside his current role on the Board of Directors at illumin, Roger is CEO of Quinsam Capital Corporation, a publicly-traded investment corporation. He is also a director of Deveron Corp., VitalHub Corp., Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. and California Nanotechnologies Corp.

A passionate innovator with a history of success, Tal founded an ad-tech company called IncentAclick in 2004 which was acquired by a public entity. He remained a key contributor for the next two years, helping to grow the company’s revenue to over $100M in 2008. In 2009, Tal pivoted his experience building and managing high-growth companies to the world of digital advertising, and AcuityAds was born. Tal led Acuity’s rebrand to illumin in 2023 before transitioning from CEO to non-executive Vice Chairman in 2024.

Yishay is an entrepreneur, investor, and start-up advisor. He has been in Technology for over 25 years, selling platforms and solutions to more than 350 operators worldwide. Yishay was also the Co-Founder of Jumptap, Inc.—a widely recognized advertising network in mobile advertising that was acquired in November 2013 by Millennial Media (NYSE: MM). Yishay currently serves on the Board of Directors at illumin, and is also the Co-Founder and President of Thriver, an enterprise platform that curates food and experiences, tracks related spending, and gathers valuable employee feedback.

Paul is President of OnX Canada, and is driving the organization’s growth, strategy, and development for enterprise infrastructure solutions, managed services, and digital services. He is leading OnX through a focused transformation from traditional IT offerings to client-focused services and solutions. Prior to his current role, Paul served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cloud and Managed Services for OnX. Before joining OnX, Paul served as Vice President of Bell Canada, and President of xwave. Mr. Khawaja held senior leadership positions in sales, operations, and business development at MITI Information Technology. He is also the Chairperson of the Board for Victim Services Toronto, Mr. Khawaja also sits on the Waterfront Toronto Human Resources, Governance and Stakeholder Relations Committee.

Michelle is a veteran sales and business development executive with 20 years of leadership experience and a successful track record of launching and scaling new businesses within consumer technology brands. Michelle has built and scaled ad monetization businesses at some of the most innovative and fast growing B2C brands in the Social and Gaming verticals including Bumble, DraftKings and Rovio Entertainment (the developer and publisher of Angry Birds), leading global sales, ad operations, ad sales marketing and programmatic monetization teams. Currently, Michelle works as a consultant and advisor and is an active angel investor in early-stage start-ups, with a particular focus on supporting under-represented founders.
