後手番の藤井聡太竜王名人が勝利して，4勝2敗として，四連覇を達成しました。

叡王戦八段予選決勝，増田康宏八段が中田功八段に勝ち，本戦出場決定。

順位戦B級1組，糸谷哲郎八段(7)が佐藤康光九段(8)に勝利しました。
勝った糸谷八段が7勝2敗，負けた康光九段が5勝4敗です。
高見泰地七段(12)vs石井健太郎七段(13)戦は石井七段の勝利，
勝った石井七段は5勝4敗，負けた高見七段は5勝5敗となりました。
山﨑隆之八段(10)vs大石直嗣七段(11)戦は兄弟子山﨑八段が意地を見せて，
勝った山﨑八段が2勝7敗，負けた大石七段が3勝6敗。
三浦弘行九段(9)vs広瀬章人九段(1)戦は三浦九段の勝利。
勝った三浦九段は3勝6敗，負けた広瀬九段は4勝6敗となりました。
斎藤慎太郎八段(2)vs澤田真吾七段(4)戦は斎藤八段の勝利，
斎藤八段は昇級の可能性を残しました。負けた澤田七段は
昇級の可能性がなくなりました。
斎藤八段の勝利により，まだ対局している近藤誠也七段(3)が勝っても
本日のA級昇級がなくなったので，大橋貴洸七段との対局の結果を待たず，
就寝することにします。

ドルトムントvsバルセロナ戦は2-3でバルサが制しました。
バルセロナは2位へ。
ユヴェントスvsマンチェスター・シティ戦は2-0でホームの
ユヴェントスが勝利しました。マンチェスター・シティ，だめですね。
アトレティコ・マドリードvsスロヴァン戦はホームチームの
アトレティコ・マドリードが3-1での勝利。

一試合だけ行われたヨーロッパリーグ，モウリーニョ監督率いる
フェネルバフチェはホームゲームを，アスレティック・ビルバオ相手に
0-2で落としました。
