MAP

The palace, also known as the Zichy Palace, designed by Mihály Pollack, was built in 1820. It has been operating as a hotel since 1870, however after its nationalization in 1949, it gained a different purpose. Although it has been operating as a hotel again since 1958, it only got it’s original name back in 1990.

Over the years, the hotel has gone under several reconstructions and renovations. During these renovations, our main aim was to preserve the original ambiance of the hotel while creating a place that meets every need of a traveler nowadays. The thick walls and the rugged arches form a perfect harmony with the modern glass and wooden elements of the hotel.
