Employment Posters

As an employer, federal and state laws require us to clearly display official labor and employment posters detailing federal and applicable state labor laws. Below, you will find the designated locations where notices are placed on and off campus, and all required federal, state, and university posters/notices available for you to download.

Designated Posted Locations

Required employment notices must be posted at designated on and off-campus locations as listed below. We encourage other units to post materials if space is available to increase our public outreach on these topic matters.

On-Campus Locations

  • Carruth-O’Leary Hall: Human Resources (1st floor, within and outside of Room 103)
  • Parking and Transit:  In the Breakroom on the west side of the Parking and Transit Office in the Allen Fieldhouse Parking Garage
  • Facilities Services: FS Shop and Power Plant
  • Libraries: Dean's Office of Watson Library and in Anschutz Library
  • Public Safety: Public Safety Building, 15th and Crestline
  • Custodial Services: Ellsworth Custodial Services breakroom
  • Strong Hall: Hallway outside of Room 131

Off-Campus Locations

  • Education Program Projects (Gear Up, Talent Search, Education Opportunity Center, and Veterans Upward Bound): Designated Office Locations
  • Edwards Campus: Administrative Offices in Regnier Hall and Library in the Regents Center, Overland Park
  • Kansas Geological Survey: Kansas Geological Sample Repository, Wichita
  • Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center: Hutchinson
  • Life Span Institute: Juniper Gardens Children's Project, Kansas City
  • Life Span Institute at Parsons: Parsons
