Develop and implement comprehensive technical recruitment strategies that align with Huawei’s business objectives and growth plans.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and other innovative channels.Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their executive staffing needs, providing expert guidance and insights into market trends and candidate availability.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Huawei’s values and organizational goals.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the business.
