Well I don't think any of that happened, I think it's just annue side of things they're waiting for to drop the new patch, as they were moving and all.
There aren't any cheats really but if you're on PC you can go into "registry editor" and change the coins amount and other things, the coin name is T2Coins_h206470331, if you're lazy and want to just get coins for the achievement, but dunno about mobile, closest thing to a cheat ig 🤷.
