What is the bundle?

When you subscribe to the Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle, you can sign in to all 3 apps and stream each service on a supported device.

You can choose from 2 bundle options:

  • With Ads: Max With Ads, Disney+ Basic, and Hulu (With Ads)
  • No Ads: Max Ad-Free, Disney+ Premium, and Hulu (No Ads)*
    *Ads will be served in select live and linear content

The Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan is not available with the Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle.

The Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle offers a broad selection of content from brands including Disney, HBO, Hulu Originals, Pixar, CNN, FX, Discovery, ABC, Searchlight, Marvel, DC, HGTV, Food Network, Star Wars, National Geographic, and many more.

What content can I watch?

You can stream all content available with the subscription plan you choose.

Here are the bundle options:

Can I watch all Max, Disney+, and Hulu content on the same app?

Each app has its own content offering. You can stream all content available with the subscription plan you choose. Simply sign in to the app you want to stream to find content available on that app.

What's the price?

The bundle price depends on the subscription option you choose:

  • With Ads: $16.99/month*
  • No Ads: $29.99/month*
    • Includes Max Ad-Free, Disney+ Premium, and Hulu (No Ads)**

When you sign up, you'll be charged the monthly price for the bundle you choose (plus applicable taxes). Your subscription will auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

Can I combine other add-ons or plans with the bundle?

At this time, add-ons and other plans (namely, the Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan and Hulu + Live TV) are not available for purchase with the Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle.

How you get the bundle depends on whether you've subscribed to Max (or Disney+ or Hulu) before:

You can sign up for the bundle on the web directly through Max, Disney+, or Hulu.

Here's how to sign up for the bundle at Max.com:

  1. Go to max.com/bundle/disney-plus-hulu and choose the With Ads or No Ads plan. (The Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan is not available with the Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle.)
  2. Enter an email address for your Max account and continue.
  3. Fill out the Create Your Max Account form and choose Create Account.

You can sign up for the bundle via direct-billed purchases on the web directly through Max, Disney+, or Hulu.

Here's how to sign up for the bundle at Max.com:

  1. Go to max.com/bundle/disney-plus-hulu and choose the With Ads or No Ads plan. (The Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan is not available with the Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle.)
  2. Enter your Max account email address and continue.
  3. On the Sign In to Max screen, enter your Max account password and choose Sign In.

I subscribed to the bundle. How do I activate my accounts?

It depends on how you signed up for the bundle:

Signed up via Max

If you signed up for the bundle through Max, your bundle subscription and your Max plan is activated. If you're still on the Welcome screen in Max, choose Set Up Hulu & Disney+.

You can also set up Disney+ and Hulu by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
  2. Choose your profile and then Subscription.
    (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  3. Choose Set up Hulu & Disney+ and continue to set up your Hulu and Disney+ accounts.
Signed up via Hulu or Disney+

Here's how to set up your Max account:

  1. From a web browser, go to your Hulu or Disney+ account, choose the Max logo or activate link.
  2. On the Welcome to Max screen, enter your Max account email address and choose Continue.
  3. Check your inbox for an email sent by Max (email subject: Time Sensitive: Your One-Time Max Code). This email should arrive within a few minutes.
  4. Enter the 6-character code from your email and choose Submit Code. Code not working?
  5. Enter a password and choose Continue.
  6. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch Max.
How do I switch from my current Max (or Disney+ or Hulu) subscription to the bundle?

How you switch your subscription depends on how you subscribe:

If you subscribe only to Max

Choose who bills you for Max and follow the instructions to change your plan.

Max (WarnerMedia Direct)

Here's how to change your Max plan:

  1. Sign in to Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
  2. Choose your profile and then Subscription.
    (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  3. Choose Change Your Plan and sign in (if needed).
  4. Choose Bundles and With Ads or No Ads and continue.
  5. Review your plan change and choose Confirm & Pay Now.

The plan change takes effect immediately and your next billing date will be adjusted. You'll be charged for the new plan (plus applicable taxes) and WarnerMedia will issue you a refund for the time that remains on your previous subscription plan.

Multiple subscriptions

If you have an active subscription to Max and either Disney+ or Hulu, go to If you subscribe other ways below to manage your subscription. If you don't want multiple subscriptions, make sure to manage any existing subscriptions.

If you get this message, you can choose from 2 options to complete the bundle purchase:

  1. Continue to Purchase: If you complete your purchase of the bundle, your new subscription will not automatically replace your existing subscription. If you don't want multiple subscriptions, you can select a new plan or manage your Max subscription.
  2. Go Back to Max: This option takes you back to your active subscription. To sign up for the bundle, first manage your active subscription.

If you get this message, you can choose from 2 options to complete the bundle purchase:

One-Time Code not working?

If your one-time code isn't working, get a new code. Here's how:

  1. On the Enter the One-Time Code screen, choose Get New Code.
  2. Open the most recent One-Time Code email and grab the new code.
  3. Enter the 6-character code from your email and choose Submit Code.
  4. Enter a password and continue.
  5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch Max.

If this step doesn't work, here are a few more things to try:

  • Search all of your email accounts for an email from Max.
  • Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).

Once you find the email account associated with Max emails, get a new code and check this email address.

Subscription Paused message

If you get a 'Subscription Paused' message, it may be due to a payment error with your payment method on file with Disney+.
