This ring was owned by the Snatcher Scabior during 1997 and 1998.[1]

Scabior came into this ring at an unknown point. He wore this ring whilst doing his duties as a Snatcher, which included the hunting, capturing, and even murdering of Muggle-borns. He was seen wearing this ring when he along with Fenrir Greyback's Snatcher gang captured the Trio in March 1998.[1]
