The Snow Storm is a mission in Grand Theft Auto IV given to protagonist Niko Bellic by Puerto Rican drug dealer Elizabeta Torres from her apartment at the South Bohan Projects in South Bohan, Bohan, Liberty City.
Description[]
Niko Bellic enters Elizabeta's apartment to find her and Jacob quarrelling about an untrustworthy contact that Jacob introduced her to, which resulted in her losing her coke. Elizabeta demands that Niko get the coke back.
Mission Objectives[]
In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Go to the old hospital and get Elizabeta's coke back.
- Find the drugs in the hospital and take out anyone in your way.
- You've found Elizabeta's stuff, the coke is on the table.
- N.O.O.S.E. are raiding the hospital, get out of there and lose your wanted level.
- Go and meet Little Jacob.
Walkthrough[]
The player must go to the Old Hospital in Colony Island to get Elizabeta's coke back. Once the player reaches the yellow marker on the parking lot in front of the building, a cutscene will show the Angels of Death and the Spanish Lords concluding a deal. Elizabeta's coke will be in a room at the back of the hospital, so the player will have to cross the entire building to retrieve the coke, fighting anyone that gets in their way.
Niko will phone Jacob after retrieving the coke. Suddenly, thr NOOSE TRU will arrive and storm the hospital.
The player must then leave the hospital and evade the police. If the player arrived from the back, the remaining thugs will be also facing the police.
After losing the police, Niko will call Jacob to inform him. Jacob will reveal that he is embroiled with a stranger and will tell Niko to meet him in Chase Point in Bohan.
When the player arrives, the final cutscene will play. Niko walks up to Jacob in an alleyway next to the Chase Point Warehouse and berates him for his dubious phone call. Jacob says he might know where the "heat" comes from and, suddenly, Michelle calls from an adjacent alleyway. Niko, bewildered, walks up to her, asking what she's doing here. Michelle reveals with a slightly tremulous voice that she is an undercover agent working for a government organization, and that she was appointed to spy on Niko. She then asks him to give her the coke. "This is a joke, right?" says Niko, incredulous. Michelle entreats him to comply and reveals that Elizabeta is about to get arrested. When Jacob asks if she'll let them walk free, she reveals that her employers are interested in soliciting Niko's services, presumably in exchange of his impunity. Before she leaves, she asks for the coke one more time, and Niko finally complies. When she walks away with the coke, Jacob says he will tell Elizabeta that she won't lay hands on her coke again.

Aftermath[]
- The mission Have a Heart is unlocked, as well as Wrong is Right (if the player has completed Photo Shoot for Playboy X first).
- Niko and Michelle will break up; Niko can't date her anymore and she will ignore his calls.
- Mallorie will also call Niko after the mission and apologize to him after finding out about Michelle's true nature.
- Roman will also send Niko an email, stating his surprise over the fact that Michelle is actually a cop.

Trivia[]
- The mission's name is a reference to the cocaine that must be retrieved in the mission, as "snow" is a slang term for cocaine.
- The table which the bag and packages of cocaine were placed on disappears following completion of the mission.
- After Elizabeta calls (and therefore triggers this mission), the player is unable to hang out or buy guns from Little Jacob.
- A feature which is unused in the main game is briefly used in this mission. Two NOOSE agents can be seen rappelling down from the Annihilator. This can be seen here.
