The Freakshop is a large warehouse in Grand Theft Auto Online added in the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Description[]
The warehouse is located at the north end of the Mirror Park Railyard in Mirror Park.
It occupies the western warehouse in the same building as Trevor Philips Enterprises' inaccessible warehouse used in the Series A Heist.
Access to the warehouse can be achieved by navigating through the rail yard itself, or alternatively, heading south along dirt tracks down a grass slope from Broker Park and Glory Way.
Fooliganz graffiti adorns the exterior, including on the walls of the neighbouring warehouse on the east side of the building. Entry coronas are present on the north (main), east (side), and west (rear) sides, including a vehicular entry point on the east side.
The heavily graffitied interior contains a Weapon Workshop, a Vehicle Workshop with a paint booth, eCola and Sprunk vending machines, a Space Monkey 3: Bananas Gone Bad arcade machine with a couple of sofas. There is a divided room with a small lounge room containing a TV, dartboard and jukebox and more seating. There is a bottle of Whiskey to drink and a bong that players can use. There are security camera monitors where the player can observe exterior views of the front side and rear entrances.
There is space for a parked Brickade 6x6, Manchez Scout C and Journey II. Players who entered by vehicle will find their Personal Vehicles parked at the opposite end.

The Freakshop is founded as the Fooliganz headquarters during the mission "First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe", when Dax asks the player to drive him down to an abandoned warehouse following a recommendation from his cousin, Wade Hebert.

to continue working for Dax and his crew. Additional Work can also be acquired by phoning Dax.Once unlocked, each player occupies a dedicated instance of the interior. Attempting to enter when another player is already inside gives players the option to enter their own instance or buzz the other player to enter theirs.
Players who have unlocked it can invite other players inside (even those who have not completed the pre-requisite mission).
Much like the player's Agency, the interior will become more populated with Fooliganz members as the player progresses the First Dose story missions. After it is first unlocked, only Dax, Luchadora, Labrat and one generic male Fooligan will be present and the Weapon Workshop will be available. After the second mission, six more Fooligans appear. By the time the Brickade 6x6 and Acid Lab setup equipment are delivered, Mutt and the vehicle workshop become available.
Functionality[]
The Weapon Workshop is accessible to all players who have unlocked The Freakshop, allowing those players to upgrade weapons to Mark II variants without having to purchase any optional workshops.[ref?]

The Vehicle Workshop allows the modification of the Brickade 6x6, including installation of the Acid Lab business and equipment upgrades for the business. The workshop can also be used to modify the Manchez Scout C.
