They can be seen advertised on billboards in Liberty City, and are also sold on the in-game website, Yourmexicandoctor.com. Debonaire packs can also be found in 24/7, Limited Service and Rob's Liquor stores of San Andreas. Their main rivals are the Redwood Cigarettes.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
In the mission The Multi Target Assassination given by Lester Crest to Franklin Clinton, Franklin kills four juries that had to testify in favor of Redwood Cigarettes in a lawsuit against them, making Debonaire stocks sky rocket.
Judging by the name and lawsuit surrounding the company, the brand is possibly based on Belair, a brand of cigarettes manufactured by Brown & Williamson, who were embroiled in a high profile case in the 1990s in which they were accused of intentionally manipulating their tobacco blend with chemicals – the subject of the 1999 feature film The Insider.
