Chad is a minor character in The Lost and Damned.

He is voiced by Ryan Woodle, who also voices Brad Snider in Grand Theft Auto V.

History[]

Events of The Lost and Damned[]

Chad was one of the employees, along with Mr. Roncero, at the rehabilitation center trying to help Billy Grey overcome his addiction to heroin. He seems good hearted and very willing to help Billy, quite the opposite of Roncero, who seems to dislike Billy.

Later, during the mission cutscene for This Shit's Cursed, Terry Thorpe informs Billy that Chad is on the phone wishing to speak to him, though Billy refuses to do so.
