The incline begins on Bay City Avenue in Del Perro and ends at the Great Ocean Highway in Pacific Bluffs, Los Santos.
Influence[]
It is based on the California Incline in Santa Monica, California, with the major difference being the real-life road does not allow room for on-street parking, whereas Bay City Incline has a small stretch of diagonal parking about midway up.
