摄入=消耗,就不会瘦。饿久一点,多吃一点,就补回去了。 想要瘦,其实是另外一个工程: 让自己的身体在比较长的时间内处于大量消耗脂肪的状态,比如以每小时10km的速度跑一个小时,一次消耗掉7千卡热量,等于100g脂肪,等于700g米饭。这个数量是如此之大,以至于吃东西也补不回去。 而且正常吃完之后血糖就正常了,也就不饿了,但是消耗掉的脂肪已经永久被消耗掉了。
