I use Raspberry Pi Zero v1 based on armv6l 32 arch. I'm able manually install clangd but Mason doesn't work with it.

Linux pizero 6.6.47+rpt-rpi-v6 #1 Raspbian 1:6.6.47-1+rpt1 (2024-09-02) armv6l GNU/Linux

But looks like it's not in the supported architectures
