个人方面暂无微信支付 API 的需求，也没有可以用于开发测试的账号，没有精力也没有资源投入，欢迎 PR.

目前我这边有电商收付通的需求，可以加一下这部分的。目前纠结旧版的跟新版怎么命名目录结构比较合适？@messense

可以 wechatpy.pay.v3? 以后 v2 也可以移动到 wechatpy.pay.v2，看起来支付接口版本迭代会比较多，加上版本号也好。
