What change would you like to see?

1. Browser languages should be removed from the language list. We should instead show a message stating that numbers and dates will be formatted using the browser default, and can be changed in browser settings.
2. We should hardcode supported languages in the Helm chart and return them as API settings.

Context

This should give us more control over which languages to show on the frontend once they're translated to an acceptable threshold.
