Option to trigger EDR mode + show EDR mode status for Apple displays

Further to discussions https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay/discussions/2742#discussioncomment-11284870, it would be helpful to:

1. Know if EDR/HDR/XDR mode is currently active on a display
2. Provide encouragement to the OS to Enable, Disable, or leave EDR as the OS default.
