Just to let you know, various countries, like Germany, give every citizen the right to receive a refund within 14 (might differ for other countries) days after purchase. This law overrides anything else. So your section saying that all purchases are final might apply to some countries, but definetly not all. |

In my online bank it says that I "may" have a subscription for this app, marked to paid "monthly"(!!!) with the next payment marked as due three days ago, but not actually paid, although the bank can't seem to tell for sure whether it is a subscription or a one-off payment, and asked me to confirm whether it is one or the other. Somewhat nervously I clicked the "this was a one-off payment" button. This is extremely confusing, and it is rather alarming that the bank was not given clearer information from paddle.net Can you somehow get paddle to fix this? Surely they can make this less ambiguous somehow. |
