Looks like it is time for a First Public Working Draft of Compositing-2.

I noticed a couple of issues that should be cleared up before that:

I notice that the Changes section of Compositing-2 is just a copy of the one in Compositing-1. It should be replaced by a section summarizing changes in Compositing-2 relative to Compositing-1
One of the editors, Rick Cabanier, is not in the CSS WG or SVG WG so should be moved to former Editor
The Abstract should be more specific to Level 2, rather than just being an exact copy of the one in Compositing-1
