[resize-observer-1] Broadcast active resize observations steps 4 and 5 are wrong #11245
Description
When I compiled Ladybird without LadybirdBrowser/ladybird#2449, the page crashes and doesn't load. After applying LadybirdBrowser/ladybird#2449, the page loads and doesn't crash.
