…nt v6 If this is not done, dhclient will fail with error "Can't bind to dhcp address: Cannot assign requested address". Also, misc whitespace fixes to file.

Looks ok to me. Maybe for future PRs please spreat whitespace fixes and feature addition into two commits. |

Fixes T903, dhclient for IPv6 now successfully starts after waiting for IPv6 DAD to complete.
