Full install does not work #360

I do the full install with all boxes checked for windows 32 bit sp3 with the x86 installer executable. After the install finishes it asks if I want to open a readme, I press yes but nothing happens. I don't see any desktop shortcuts. Or in the menu. I try typing gvim or vim in cmd but nothing works.
