Koa + Apollo Server (GraphQL) + Websocket support starter package

This is a ready to roll starter with Koa, Apollo Server and koa-websocket. It also has reload after changes support and testing via jest.

• yarn dev: start sever with development support (reload on changes).
• yarn start: start server (production mode).
• yarn test: runs jest tests.
• yart test-ci: runs jest tests with coverage for ci integration.
