add them as separate env vars / cli flags / workspace args:
POWERPIPE_DASHBOARD_TIMEOUT / --dashboard-timeout / dashboard_timeout
POWERPIPE_BENCHMARK_TIMEOUT / --benchmark-timeout / benchmark_timeout
default is 0 (no timeout), value is in seconds.
