minio-go just merged a PR adding new AWS regions (minio/minio-go#2090). It would be great to update thanos with this changes to allow us to use this regions

Update the version of minio-go

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't know if we could upgrade the minio-go version in other way. We use the docker image for a helm chart.

This would be great to allow us work with some new AWS regions
