The GenAI help section added in #647 currently feels slightly out of place and unexpected.

This issue continues the discussion started in #647 to move it slightly or improve the flow.

Recap of the previous discussion:

• This needs to be part of an episode to ensure instructors see it
• It is likely good to have it in an early episode to address potential questions as early as possible

Potential solution:

• Add a dedicated and explicit "Getting help" section or episode, where the GenAI help section would fit perfectly

A potential source of inspiration for this is the "Seeking help" episode from the "R for Reproducible Scientific Analysis" lesson.
