What is the motivation?
In addition to security advisories, we should check dependency source code, and software licenses, to ensure that they adhere to our requirements.
What does this change do?
Adds a
deny.tomlfile for configuringcargo deny. This can be run withcargo deny checkin the repository root. In addition it adds a continuous integration step to check this in GitHub Actions.What is your testing strategy?
