Hello,

I've noticed that author info and notes are not being imported from fountain files.

Reproduction

1. Download the fountain example file https://fountain.io/_downloads/Big-Fish.fountain
2. Import it into STARC
3. See the Title Page in STARC - it's still the default one
4. Download the PDF version https://fountain.io/fountain.io/_downloads/Big-Fish.pdf
5. Compare the Title Pages
