Reddit: backfeed nested comments #1014

We currently only fetch and backfeed top-level comments on Reddit. The API library we use can fetch nested comments, but afaict it doesn't let us fetch just the most recent comment, even though the API itself does (with sort=new), so I worry that it won't scale, especially because searching for users' domains often finds unrelated submissions that can have a lot of comments.
