Update to 6.2

Made a lot of changes in 2014. Time to up the version.

Tighten code.

Move the weird defines out of config.h and into configure.

Small cleanup.

POPTARTS is dead code.

Last undo should turn off modified flag. Because I don't completely

trust undo yet, an arg to Zunmodf will now turn on the modified flag.
