document location of from_brian or remake tests so that they can run without magic disk images #2947
Description
The location of the contents of the from_brian directory cannot be inferred from the source code:

Needed are the following disk images:
- ext2fs.dd
- misc-ufs1.dd
- test_hfs.dmg
- ntfs-img-kw-1.dd
- fat32.dd
Once I have their locations, I'll give them stable URLs and the test program can download them.
