Alt Codes seems not to be working https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alt_code

How to Reproduce

• Connect from Windows 10 to a remote Windows 10
• open Notepad
• start editing text
• Press and hold Alt, press Num4, press Num1

Expected Behavior

) symbol will appear in the remote system

Operating system(s) on local side and remote side

Windows 10 -> Windows 10

RustDesk Version(s) on local side and remote side

1.2.3 -> 1.2.3
