这里从形状上考虑似乎应该为 ◌̌ (COMBINING CARON, U+030C) 而非 ◌̆ (COMBINING BREVE, U+0306), 以与 ffv 对应的 ◌̬ 保持同步. 即

̌	fv

而对应地, 用于标示短音的 breve 则可以以 f( 为码位, 对照 f] ◌͆.

fv似乎是與 f^ 那一組編碼對應的。不過終究是對應不工整。
我也沒有發言權，還是先問問潘老師吧。
