Problem and impact

As a fan of media.ccc.de I want to focus my attention on those talks, which will be not be recorded. When trying to filter the talks on https://fahrplan.events.ccc.de/congress/2024/fahrplan/schedule/, you can only filter for very specific metadata of the talks. In this case you can only filter by tracks (e.g. Art & Beauty, CCC, Entertainment, etc. pp.).

Proposed solution / feature

So when talks without recording are visibly marked with a "do-not-record"-tag, it should be possible have a filter for these talks.
