Some recent OpenBenchmarking.org results list the Java version on Windows as operable program or batch file. This is part of the common Windows error message {x} is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file..

Maybe the check in this file needs to look for this error message as well as not found.

I'm a bit confused why this error occurs yet the various Java benchmarks end up working anyway (e.g. in these results).
