Hi I am using this plugin and configured successufully Amazon SNS to the Mautic callback url (/mailer/callback).
I found that the bounced emails are not detected. If I send an email to [email protected] nothing happen and Mautic say "delivered" while it is not because the domain doesn't exist.
I checked the web server log file and found that Amazon SNS does its work and calls the callback url.
The problem exists only if the protocol used is "ses+http".If the protocol is set to "ses+api" it works.
The complaint registration work. I sent and email to "[email protected]" and the callback has been correctly recorded.

The version is Mautic 5.1.1
