I uninstalled and reinstalled pyenv but I still get the same behavior as of now. How do I find out what caused the difference?

Hi, I am currently re-organizing my workspaces, and I find a weird difference between the two systems I am doing my work on. They are both running different version of the same OS, not sure if that is the main cause of the difference here.
