This isn't something we support doing through Portainer at this stage, but I've raised this with the team for potential future consideration.

In the meantime, you can create a CIFS volume with a non-standard port via the CLI through the port= sub-option in the o= option:

docker volume create --driver local \
  --opt type=cifs \
  --opt device=//192.168.0.1/public \
  --opt o=addr=192.168.0.1,port=4445,username=sambauser,password=sambapassword,vers=2.0 \
  --name mycifsmount

or alternatively, via the Docker API by providing the port= sub-option in the DriverOpts parameter as part of the volume driver options (o):
